Members of the cesar chavez rotc class were collecting trash along the side of the road in the area of south 43rd avenue and west baseline road when they located the skeletal remains of a white female. The victim was identified as ginger bibb. She was found with a pair of non-prescription eyeglasses on a string, an earring with a clear stone, and a black velcro-band watch.
