Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in saturday’s homicide on coalter street as terrance easter, 20, of richmond. At approximately 6:30 a.M., august 21, richmond police responded to the 1300 block of coalter street for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and located an adult male, easter, with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
