On saturday, february 1, 2003, at approximately 5:00 p.M., carol miller left her residence at 9033 robinson ridge dr. (canyon gate development) for a walk. Carol typically walked, for exercise, out of the gated community in the evening. When she didn't return home by 8:00 p.M., her husband reported her missing. On monday, february 3, 2003, a construction worker who was driving to a construction site, west on far hills rd. Discovered carol's body on the side of the road. It was determined that carol died from asphyxiation by strangulation. It is still unknown how or from where she was abducted along her walk route. Several pieces of jewelry were missing from her body.Agency
