At approximately 1 am on saturday, may 14, 2005, police were called to the 6500 block of eastern avenue, ne, for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival they located 21-year-old kumash deonauth, of the 6500 block of eastern avenue, ne, seated in a chevrolet impala suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was taken to the washington hospital center’s medstar unit and pronounced dead at 1:38 am. At this time it appears a dark colored suv, possibly a chevrolet, drove by mr. Deonauth’s parked car and fi red several rounds before fl eeing.Agency
