On june 16, 1974, the body of 30-year-old alana bailey was discovered in a wooded area off the side of nuuanu pali drive. Reports indicate she had been assaulted and strangled to death. Alana was also known as “terry rochan” by friends. Bailey’s car was later located, still parked in the chinatown area.
