On march 4, 1990, fred arechiga was at home with his three young daughters when there was a knock on the door. Arechiga answered the door and was talking to a man described as having a deep voice. There was gunfire, and areciga fell to the floor. He was later pronounced dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported seeing a dark colored vehicle parked in fred arechiga’s driveway right after hearing the gunshots.Agency
