On october 14, 2008, 27 year old joshua marshall was involved in an altercation with two other males on the 1500 block of osceola street, when one of the males began to shoot at joshua. Joshua ran across colfax avenue where he collapsed. The suspects then fled the scene. Officers located joshua suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to the hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.Agency
