James townsend b/m 10/27/1933 occurred: 12/18/2015, approx. 1900 hours, at 2916 prospect officers were dispatched to 2916 prospect on an ambulance call. Upon arrival the officer located the victim in the driveway near the rear of the residence. The victim was a well-liked businessman in the neighborhood. The victim was last seen leaving his business, the green duck, located at 26th and prospect.
