On august 26, 1996, at about 1:55 a.M., officers responded to 4404 n kerby avenue, to the report of a shooting. Upon arrival in the area, officers were contacted by the resident of the listed address. They were informed that there was a victim inside the residence and that he appeared to be deceased. Officers on scene cleared the area and requested paramedics to respond. The victim, marcus catrell jones, a 23-year-old, african-american male, was pronounced deceased by paramedics at the scene due to an apparent gunshot wound.Agency
