On september 3, 2005 at approximately 1:00 a.M., anne arundel county police responded for a disturbance in the alley of the 1900 block of arwell court, severn, maryland. Upon arrival officers located thirty-three year old edward (“eddie”) grunell howard jr. Suffering from injuries to his torso. Mr. Howard succumbed to his injuries at the scene. There were numerous individuals in the area that night who may have witnessed the incident. Mr. Howard suffered trauma to his torso with the manner being homicide.Agency
