On sunday, august 1, 2010, at approximately 12:30 am the victim was driving his ford f-150 pick-up truck with his girlfriend and 2 young children. While at the intersection of thomas road and 83rd avenue a verbal altercation ensued between the occupants in the victim’s truck and the passenger in a 2004–2006 chevrolet cavalier.
