On april 18, 2021 at 1:48am, patrol officers responded to the area of 25th av & medina av. On a shooting. Officers located 37yr old jamaal dixon, inside a vehicle in the south alley of 25th av. Suffering from a gunshot wound. Medic 16 transported the victim to grant hospital where he was pronounced at 2:19am.
