The richmond police department has identified the person who was shot to death yesterday afternoon on conrad street as antoine deleston, 28, of the 5800 block of grammercy circle. At approximately 1:47 p.M., thursday, august 22, rpd officers were called to the 2000 block of conrad street for a report of a person down. When they arrived, they located deleston sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. He had been shot. He was pronounced at the scene at 1:53 p.M.Agency
