Maurice “chico” carter jr. B/m 04-28-1993 occurred: 09-09-2012, 1710 hours at 4906 garfield on 09-09-2012 at approximately 1714 hours, officers were dispatched to 4906 garfield on a reported outside disturbance sound of shots. Upon arrival they discovered the victim deceased from apparent gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. Three juvenile girls were also inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
