On 08/11/2002, a leg bone was discovered in the canal connected to boga ciega bay. (4200 block of 38th avenue south) the leg bone was later identified by dna as coming from the victim. It was determined that bailey was the victim of a homicide. He had not been seen by friends or family members since 2001. Bailey would have been 31 years of age at the time the leg bone was discovered.Agency
