Donald grogan and his 14 year old daughter sue grogan were inside their residence at 922 noble street. Sue reported the male suspect entered the location through the rear door. The suspect stated, "Where's the man" several times. The suspect found donald in bed and stated, "Where's the brown safe." the suspect instructed and helped donald bind sue's hands and feet. The suspect then forced donald to search the house with him. Sue heard what sounded like two men fighting coming from the front bedroom. Sue heard donald yell twice then heard two loud pounding noises. The suspect passed sue who was still bound and seated in the kitchen. The suspect stated, "He tried to jump me, he shouldn't have done it." the suspect fled out the rear door. Donald died at the scene from gunshot wounds.
