Arturo Barreto's body was found on the curb a few doors down from his home at 675 Elizabeth Street. He was out drinking with two men the night before, and his death was initially unclear if it was a murder or an accident. His car was found far from the bar and his home, leading police to believe murder was possible despite the Medical Examiner ruling it an accident.
