A passerby found a man’s body in Nonconnah Creek in Southwest Memphis. The victim turned out to be Dominic Castillo, 22, from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Castillo had been traveling eastward with a dog for a few months and had arrived in Memphis in January. He was strangled. Police need help determining who is responsible for this homicide.Agency
