On may 6, 1997, three victims - ruben cabellero, vernon parker and dara willis (two of whom were juveniles) - were shot to death inside an apartment located in the 3700 block of delmont street. All three victims had been shot in the head. A fourth victim who was also at the address survived his injuries.Agency
