On november 25, 1973, at approximately 7:30 p.M., the victim, herman edwin walters, was closing the safeway convenience store located at the corner of staples mill road and hilliard road. Witnesses stated that as mr. Walters was locking the doors, three unidentified males approached him, exchanged words then fired two to three shots from a handgun. Mr. Walters was pronounced deceased at the scene.Agency
