Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in yesterday’s homicide on hazelhurst avenue as calvin hubbard, 71, of richmond. At approximately 3:39 p.M., richmond police were called to the 600 block of hazelhurst avenue for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and located hubbard in an alley suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury.Agency
