49-year-old charles g. Steele was a security guard who was found in a pool of blood on the north side of the piper aircraft in lakeland. He was shot through his left knee and bled to death between 5:00 a.M. And 5:42 a.M. On september 22, 1974. Pcso received a call during the time frame from an unknown female who advised she had just shot a man at piper aircraft.
