Omar r. Wilson bm 22 yo on 12/29/15 at 11pm, kcpd officers were dispatched to the 40th block of agnes on an outside disturbance. Prior to officer’s arrival the call was updated to a shooting call. Officers arrived and observed a victim suffering from an apparent gunshot injury. Kcfd personnel responded and declared the victim deceased at the scene.
