On 11/22/03 at aprox. 1900 hours an employee took the trash out the back door of the business. As the employee was walking back in to the business a black male, wearing a mask, black shirt and black pants, 5`07 struck him from behind and placed a revolver type handgun to his head. The subject then forced the employee back in to the business at gun point. Once inside the business the suspect began yelling "Money, money" and shot a round in to the ceiling. The suspect then began taking money from the employees. The suspect then fired two more rounds striking and fatally injuring jose g. Dantas in the left under arm area. The suspect then fled out the rear of the business in an unknown direction.Agency
