On 07-Oct-2006, at approximately 0230hrs, uniform officers of the Allentown Police Department responded to a dispatched radio call in the 00 block of South 10th Street for a man down. Upon arrival, they located the deceased victim inside a residence. The victim had planned to leave on a flight to the Dominican Republic, scheduled for later in the morning of his murder.
