On september 19, 2020 at about 12:30 am at a party on pennsylvania ave over 60 gunshots rang out leaving 16 people shot. Among those 16 people were 19-year old jarvis alexander and 19-year old jaquayla young, both of who were killed, neither of which were the intended targets. Investigators have determined there were at least 16 handguns fired that evening and there were over 200 people at the party and on the street. Although investigators have been able to piece together the chain of events that rocked the rochester community, they still need additional cooperation from witnesses to bring closure to the heartbroken families of jaquayla and jarvis.Agency
