Darrious smith b/m 11/10/94 officers were dispatched to the location on 1/28/2017 at 0417 hours in regards to shots fired. At the scene the officers located the victim, darrious smith, and medical personnel declared him deceased at the scene. A female subject was contacted and was suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. The female was transported to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries. Det.
