On 06/09/05 at about 5:00pm, Jesse and an associate met several Asian males at the Lake Stickney boat ramp parking lot. One of the Asian males went by the nickname, "China". The Asian males were in a tan/white Ford Bronco. Jesse was shot by one of the males while he was sitting in the car. His associate drove him to Stevens Hospital where he died.
