Description: Dwi 3Rd Degree; A Deputy Stopped A Driver For Poor Driving Conduct. The Driver Appeared Impaired And Struggled To Find His Id And Insurance. Shooters Were Seen In The Vehicle. Being There Was Also A Child In The Vehicle, The Deputy Asked If He Would Do Field Sobriety Tests Because The Deputy Was Concerned. Tests Were Failed, He Was Arrested.
