At 1:20 a.M. On Saturday November 23, 2019, a passerby reported seeing a man lying in the roadway at A St. And 106th St. E. In Parkland. When deputies arrived at the location, they found victim John Smith deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Several neighbors reported hearing gunshots at approximately 12:00 a.M., Shortly before Smith’s body was found. Victim John Smith lived one block away from the scene of the shooting. Detectives are looking for any information on the suspect(s) responsible for the homicide, including information on any suspicious persons or vehicles seen in the area around the time of the shooting.
