Just before 4 a.M. On march 2, 1996, police were called to the 6300 block of york road, 21212 for a shooting. Officers found joann "Jody" elizabeth lecornu, 23, inside her car dead from a gunshot wound. Police know that jody had been at the mount washington tavern earlier that night.
