Stephon cunningham b/m 01-12-1994 on 08-10-2014 at approximately 0211 hours, uniformed officers of the kansas city,missouri police department were in the area of southwest blvd & broadway, kansas city,jackson county, missouri when they heard what they believed to be multiple gun shots.Upon approaching the intersection, officers observed three victims with apparent gunshotwounds.
