On june 4th, 2006, at approximately 2:00 a.M., the victim, james wyatt jr. Was outside a club in the lower downtown area. Witnesses stated that james became involved in a verbal argument with an unknown group of men in a vehicle. As the victim approached the vehicle, one of the occupants fired a shot and hit the victim in the chest. The vehicle then fled from the scene. James wyatt was taken to the hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries.Agency
