On april 20, 2021, at 3:38am, patrol officers were dispatched to the rear of 293 e. 15th avenue on a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 33yr old dell fields jr, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Mr. Fields was transported to a local area hospital by cfd medic #18 where he was treated for his injuries. Despite receiving life saving medical treatment, mr. Fields succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 5:36am.Agency
