On 10/06/2013 between the hours of 3:30 and 4:00 am fifty-eight year old richard steven massey was found shot to death outside of his residence. The residence was completely engulfed by fire and believed to have been set in an attempt to destroy the crime scene. The medical examinerès office determined richardès death was a homicide.
