On august 1st, 2006, at approximately 12:45 a.M., the victim was riding in a vehicle with three other individuals who appeared to be coming from a local nightclub. The occupants of the victim’s vehicle appeared to have been in a moving gun battle with unknown subjects in another vehicle. The victim was struck by a bullet and died as a result of the gunshot wound.
