Shortly after 11 p.M., german left the puerto escondido restaurant at 1116 w. Historic mitchell street when he was confronted by a subject that he had argued with inside while shooting pool. The suspect fired one shot at german from a short-barreled shotgun. German died as a result of the gunshot wound. The suspect was seen fleeing northbound from the scene.
