On april 17, 1981 at 2345 hours the victim was discovered down in the roadway at 1300 s. Sheridan rd. Four to five unknown suspects were observed assaulting the victim. Haley was transported to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on april 22, 1981. Cause of death was ruled as blunt force trauma; the weapon was unknown.
