On may 11, 2004, at approximately 10:45 p.M., mr. Towers was driving his vehicle through a parking lot in the 2900 block of south federal boulevard when he was shot. The vehicle continued across federal boulevard and came to rest on the grounds of the teikyo loretto heights college campus. Mr. Towers was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention but later succumbed to his injuries and died two days later. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of mr.
