On april 16, 2019, at 9:07pm, patrol officers responded to an unknown complaint with a male that was down and out at the corner of s 22nd street and e rich street. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, 54yr old steven mcclure who was assaulted by unknown suspects and left in the street. The victim was transported by cfd medic #2 in critical condition. On april 22, 2019, at 3:07pm, mr. Mcclure succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.Agency
