On saturday, at 4:00 p.M., mr. Dwayne wherry’s, chevy van was seen parked in the 2400 block of n. 15th street. Neighbors heard an argument and when they looked, they observed mr. Wherry exiting his van followed by the suspect. Some neighbors observed the suspect fire shots at mr. Wherry, that caused his death. The suspect’s drove away in the van after the incident.Agency
