Description: 911 CALL - HANG UP. CALLER ADVISED POLICE WERE NEEDED AT 819 VINE THEN DISCONNECTED, PINGED NEAR 809 VINE // BARKER[S251 01:07:13]: MYKELLE KINCADE CONTACTED THIS DEPARTMENT ADVISING HE NEEDED THE POLICE. ON ARRIVAL MYKELLE WAS OUTSIDE AND STATED HIS GIRLFRIEND WOULD NOT LET HIM LEAVE WHICH IS WHY HE CONTACTED THIS DEPARTMENT. MYKELLE ADVISED HE DID NOT WANT TO SAY WHO HIS GIRLFRIEND WAS AND SHE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE DOOR WHILE WE WERE ON SCENE. MYKELLE ADVISED NOTHING PHYSICAL OCCURRED AND SHE DID NOT PHYSICALLY PREVENT HIM FROM LEAVING. MYKELLE LEFT THE RESIDENCE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT, NOTHING FURTHER NEEDED.
