On september 16, 2014 at 4:40 a.M., officers responded to 637 preston st. In reference to a stabbing. Mr. Williams wondered around seeking medical assistance. He was transported to the local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Prior to being stabbed mr. Williams was heard arguing with another person.
