Forty-two-year-old dennis herb was found deceased in his edgewood avenue residence. There was no apparent trauma evident at the time. The subsequent autopsy revealed the death resulted due to internal injuries which had gone untreated. The injuries are believed to have occurred when herb was assaulted in an incident not reported to the police. This assault is thought to have occurred on december 7th, 1996 in the 300 block of s.
