On december 15, 2016 at 9:30 p.M officers responded to a 911 call for the report of a person possibly shot in front of 196 pershing dr. When they arrived the found 22-year old o’shay rankin shot inside of his parked vehicle in the street. Investigators believe mr. Rankin may have been killed by people he was giving a ride to.
