The victim, victor richardson, and several of his friends were out clubbing and had just left a downtown establishment called the f-stop bar. While at the intersection of east 17th and lincoln street, a car pulled alongside of the vehicle and he was wounded. Victor richardson was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of victor richardson have yet to be identified.
