On august 29th, 2014 billy ward became involved in a traffic crash in the area of 27th and hope with the suspect vehicle and another auto. Ward lost control of his vehicle at 31st and hope and spun out. The suspect vehicle approached ward and an argument ensued. The suspect then shot ward and fled the area.Agency
