Description: SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE. CALLER ADVISED A RED BUICK SEDAN IS SITTING IN THE ROADWAY, APPEARS TO BE RUNNING. CALLER STATED HE WITNESSED A FEMALE WALKING AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE BUT WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A CLOTHING DESCRIPTION /FRY[S255 02:19:46]: GABRIEL ADVISED HE AND ANDREA GOT INTO A VERBAL ARGUEMENT. ANDREA WAS UPSET AND WANTED TO GET AWAY AND TRIED TO PARK THE VEHICLE SOMEWHERE SAFE AND WALKED AWAY FROM HER VEHICLE. ANDREA ADVISED SHE NEEDED TO COOL OFF. THEY BOTH GOT INTO THE VEHICLE AND LEFT WITHOUT FURTHER ISSUES
