On August 12, 2003 at approximately 2229 hours, officers responded to a report of a person down in front of an apartment complex located at 4355 37th Street in the Normal Heights area of San Diego. When they arrived at the location, they found the victim, Sean Michael Augustad lying on the sidewalk and bleeding from the torso. Subsequently, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The victim had been stabbed.Agency
