Sometime before 12:30 a.M. On april 28, 1973, 20-year-old michael edward golleher was shot once in the back at the intersection of se oatfield and se maple. Neighbors in the area reported hearing gun shots at about 12:15 a.M. A passing motorist witnessed an unknown male standing over golleher in the intersection. This individual fled the scene when he was illuminated by the motorist's headlights. Victim description: mr. Golleher was described a white male, 5'10" tall, and weighed 160 lbs. With shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a brown, red, and green plaid hip jacket; a red, black, and tan plaid shirt; and grey corduroy pants.
